Designing a loyalty program for a B2B fintech

Product Design
Project Overview
The company is a silicon valley fintech that provides financial products to PMEs in the USA, Latin America, and MENA. The core product is a corporate credit card, and in the past offered a 5% cashback on all purchases, becoming financially unsustainable to maintain this program for all customers. The scope of this project was to create a new loyalty program offering different benefits to the customers, and being financially sustainable.

My Contributions
In this project, I've worked with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to define the main goals of the squad, metrics for the product and the initial scope of the MVP.
After that, I worked on wireframes, user interface, prototypes, and usability test script.

This project started with an MVP of the program, which includes the system of earning points, missions that customers should complete to earn points, a summary with all points activities and the onboarding of the program.

I started the design with wireframes, and validate all the rules and logics before design the final interface. Handoff to developers was done in phases, starting with the basic logics to be connect to the backend, while I was drawing a usability test version, with components that would be prioritized in future development sprints.

I also work on the usability test planning, defining goals, methodology, script and interactive prototype.
